- Description
The composition, written by George Crumb, is part of the soundtrack of the docu-film KRIPTON
KRIPTON tells the suspended life of six boys, between the ages of twenty and thirty, voluntarily admitted to two psychiatric communities in the Roman suburbs.
The protagonists, who fight with personality disorders and states of alteration, have agreed to show the camera their hard work being in the world, often not very compatible with social life.
In fact, almost everyone arrived in such structures after very serious incidents of acuity, but their meeting takes place in a phase of relative emotional stability. Despite this, many of them are often tormented by crises, more or less intense, inevitably documented by the cameras: the goal of this work was to bring out the reality from the words, behaviors and relationships of our protagonists (with sporadic contributions from the adult world made of psychiatrists, health workers and family members - surrounding them).KRIPTON has had a prestigious nomination at the DAVID DI DONATELLO in the docu-film category
