Hildur Guðnadóttir Wins Bafta Award For Best Original Score

Hildur Guðnadóttir has become the first ever solo female winner of the BAFTA Award for Best Original Score for her beautiful work on Joker. This is the third tme this year that Hildur has made history, alongside becoming the first solo female winner of the Golden Globe for Best Original Score, again for Joker, and the first solo female winner of the Grammy Award for Best Original Score Soundtrack for Chernobyl. In her BAFTA acceptance speech, Hildur described working on the film as a 'journey of a lifetime' and an 'honour to create it with so many amazing artists'.
