Shigeru Umebayashi Releases Video To A Cappella Arrangement Of Yumeji's Theme

Shigeru Umebayashi has released a new video to his accapella arrangement of Yumeji's Theme. The video was released on 20th September and is taken from the upcoming football-themed documentary Around The World, in which the track features, due to come out in 2020. The original version of the work was originally written for solo violin and string ensemble for the 1991 film Yumeji, before being featured in the 2000 film In The Mood For Love. The a capella version, released in 2018, is performed by The Plum Forest Singers and features British soprano soloist Grace Davidson.
