Marco Beltrami’s Free Solo Released By Node Records

Marco Beltrami’s original score for the film Free Solo has been released via Music Sales’ own label Node Records. The film outlines professional climber Alex Honnold’s free solo ascent of the notorious 3,200 foot El Capitan in Yosemite, California, as captured by filmmaker Chai Vasarhelyi and world-renowned photographer and mountaineer Jimmy Chin. The film and score have received resounding praise, with Rolling Stone commenting that the film is “pumped by Marco Beltrami’s score and your own adrenaline, you feel every spectacular moment.”
