Daniel Elms' Bethia Premieres

Daniel Elms’ Bethia premiered on June 30th in Hull, the city which the piece is inspired by, as part of the New Music Biennial. A work of music and moving images, it earned a 4-star review from the Telegraph who praised the piece’s ‘luminous simplicity’. The London premiere takes place on 7th July at Royal Festival Hall.

Daniel is embarking on a 1 year residency with the Manchester Collective, with further live events to be scheduled as part of their partnership. He is currently recording his debut album, for release later this year.
