Neil Cowley Trio announce the launch of spaceboundapes.com - a beautiful interactive digital experience. The new website, developed by Music Sales, is one of several elements that complement the release of the Neil Cowley Trio's new album ‘Spacebound Apes’, a glorious, hypnotic soundtrack to a bizarre tale of one man – Lincoln - and his out-of-the-ordinary journey. Released on September 16, Spacebound Apes the album is a bold exercise in atmosphere and emotion. The inspiring story is woven together with some of the most breathtaking, impassioned music that Neil has created.

Spaceboundapes.com brings Lincoln’s story to life with unique content that combines animated illustrations by DC Comics artist Sergio Sandoval, exclusive access to the album’s first track, ‘Weightless’, text by Neil Cowley (an extract from the upcoming music book), special backing tracks and on-screen notation with an interactive element that allows the visitor to take centre stage – a must for pianists. The website complements a deluxe music anthology complete with full piano transcriptions of all eleven tracks, illustrations by Sergio Sandoval and with Lincoln’s full story as told by Neil Cowley. The first interactive track is available immediately, free of charge. Owners of the music book will gain access to two more tracks and later chapters in the story, available on September 16.
