Biography
The Pouca Pena Project seeks to externalise the nostalgia of other times, memories lost and remembered with the very feelings of those who feel them. The themes are simple and honest: places, traditions, childhood experiences that have since been replaced by the hustle and bustle of modern times. Here nostalgia is transmuted into music. The project's constitution is also simple and minimalist; the queen of the project is the classical viola, accompanied by an acoustic guitar, an acoustic bass and a set of percussions. The sound, with hints of the traditional, is acoustic and instrumental with a lot of soul and Portuguese flavour.
