The use and exploitation of copyright musical works is subject to license, and permission may need to be negotiated with us. Wise Music Group offer licenses for Synchronisation, Samples, Grand Rights, Arrangements, Mechanical License, Reprints and Hire.

We operate as music supervisors out of our office in Copenhagen, Denmark but work on both Nordic and international projects.

We provide music supervision services for all types of projects. This can be a feature film or documentary, a TV drama series or the use of an iconic song in an advertising campaign. As supervisors, we work independently and clear repertoire from all publishing and master rights owners. We can assist you through the entire process from, for example, film script stage where we can pitch ideas for both score composers and source music.

Alternatively, if you know exactly what song you want to use in your advertising campaign but time is tight and you need someone to give you the best opportunity to approve the use of the song quickly, we are also glad to help. We take care of all negotiations from clearing of the music rights to ensuring that contracts are sent out and signed.

Wise Music Group’s administration services utilise a worldwide network of affiliate offices in all major territories and sub-publishers in the rest of the world, giving us a global coverage for our repertoire. Our songwriters and their representatives can obtain administrative support in their own territory directly from local administration staff, all of whom are experts in their field and are able to utilise their close relationships with the relevant societies and their colleagues to accurately register songs and collect royalties.
